Can I Bring A Friend?

Yes! You may bring one friend for free per session so long as they sign our waiver prior to their session.

Any person who has not signed a waiver is not permitted to use our facility

How Memberships Work

  1. Reserve our Cold Plunge or IR Sauna online. Reservations are 20 min in length. Our sauna can be reserved for either 30 min or 60 min

  2. We offer monthly memberships on cold plunge and our private sauna

  3. Add a friend to any cold plunge or sauna session

  4. Please bring a towel, something to plunge in, and a warm change of clothes with you

A couple of months ago I wound up in a critical trauma unit with a sudden head trauma. After getting out of the hospital I was facing recovery time because I was unable to think clearly, count or even properly maintain my balance and coordination. It felt as though there was a disconnect between my brain and my body. As an avid fitness professional for the last thirteen years with certifications in personal training and fitness nutrition, one of the most important parts of my life is my training and fitness. Due to my health I found myself not knowing where to begin again.

Having known Rob for several years and knowing what a unique and caring person he is I decided to reach out to him for help. Rob being who he is instantly offered to help me in anyway possible. He started by meeting with me to assess my current health situation and to ensure that he fully understood my needs prior to making any suggestions.

Once Rob knew what I was facing and had confirmed that I had my doctor’s approval to train, he worked with me to develop a program that would ease me back into the gym, training and my normal day to day life. Rob met with me at the gym and with a precision that I have never known in anyone he retaught me how to do and count out all of my movements, regain my balance and how to reconnect. He was so specific and even more importantly thoughtful in his training, demonstrations and explanations that it left little doubt in my mind that I would be able to regain what I once had.

Every step of the way Rob was there to ensure that I was okay and that I felt the program was a fit. As changes were needed either because I felt I wasn’t ready for something or because I was making progress in my recovery Rob was right there with an updated program for me. One of the biggest things Rob knew I was missing was my confidence and so he reminded me that I was still the same person and still had the same knowledge, talents and skills I always had. He not only brought me back to where I had been prior to my health issues he took me to new places and heights in my training that I had never reached before.

As I mentioned fitness is one of my primary focuses, if not my primary focus in life so I can honestly say that Rob Ali gave me back the core part of life that I would not have been able to find had I not known him and been lucky enough to have his guidance!

I would recommend him to anyone at anytime without hesitation.

I’ve been training with Rob since May of 2019. I had a second surgery on my right shoulder a few months prior. My shoulder is 100%. When you train with Rob he pays attention to what you are doing and he makes sure your posture is correct and requests feedback to make sure you don’t injure yourself. I’m 57 and can appreciate that. The sessions are not just going through the motions and making conversation. When you complete a session you accomplished something. I would recommend Rob to anyone serious about getting a good workout and learning the right way to exercise. He is very knowledgeable and experienced.

I’ve been working out with Rob for over two years. I’ve never enjoyed going to a regular gym, I become frustrated waiting to use equipment, so the one-on-one workout works great for me. With Rob, I get a very targeted and challenging workout. Even when I’m feeling tired and unmotivated, I always feel great after our workout. Rob has a very calm and supportive training style, he pushes you, but also listens to what your needs are. Since working with Rob, I’ve been able to maintain a high level of strength and fitness, which positively impacts my mental health as well. I like the way I look, but more importantly, I like the way I feel. I have yet to train with Elizabeth, but I have become well acquainted with her as we regularly engage in witty repartee.

Do not be intimidated by their youth and good looks or their ever-increasing client list (they are quite busy!). Rob and Elizabeth have a unique combination of professionalism, knowledge, athleticism, work ethic, kindness, compassion and humor. My workouts have become the highlight of my week, so what more can I say?

Rob is hands down the best trainer I have ever had. He helped me lose almost 30 pounds before my wedding with great training and a great diet plan he made for me. After my wedding I kept the training going and I’ve gotten so much stronger and healthier because of him.
